Then there was the slippery as an eel drenched in Vaseline XJ220 supercar, the bite-the-back-of-your-hand pretty E-Type and the gentleman’s whip, the XJ6. But I don’t think they’ve ever had quite as strong a range as they do right now with the current XE, XF and XJ saloons, F-Type sports car series and their new range of SUVs, the F-Pace and E-Pace with a fully electric i-Pace waiting in the wings to assert the leaping cat’s position as a player in the years to come.
