The EcoSport Active is built on the mid-range EcoSport Trend 1.0 EcoBoost Automatic.

The dark treatment extends to the front grille, headlamp surround and foglamp bezels, black front and rear skirts, and black wheel arch mouldings.
The ride stands on 17-inch black alloy wheels.
Inside, it follows the Trend specification with a leather-trimmed multi-function steering wheel with cruise control, power windows all-round, air-conditioning and an eight-inch colour touchscreen infotainment system with built-in Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Connect and control some functions through your smartphone
Furthermore, the FordPass Connect system, which includes an embedded modem, allows you to connect with the car and control some vehicle functions from your smartphone via the FordPass app.
The EcoSport Active is powered by the 1,0-litre EcoBoost engine, with 92 KW output of power and 170 Nm of torque. A six-speed automatic gearbox handles the transmission for the three-cylinder engine.
Safety considerations include seven crash bags (dual front, side, curtain and a driver’s knee bag), along with anti-lock brakes with Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Emergency Brake Assist (EBA) and Hill Launch Assist (HLA). Rear parking sensors guide your reverse motion, and a high-grade Thatcham alarm with an immobiliser ensures your overall safety.
